Chelsea A. Grayson is an experienced CEO, corporate board member and advisor to public and private companies. She currently sits on the board of directors of Delta Dental of California and True Religion. She Chairs the Audit Committee for the True Religion board and is a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee for the Delta Dental board. She is also an advisory board member for Marca Global, a leading online reputation management company and a guest lecturer for the USC Marshall School of Business. Previously, she was the CEO and a board member of American Apparel (NYSE MKT: APP), which was ultimately acquired by Gildan (NYSE: GIL). Before that, Ms. Grayson was the General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of American Apparel. Prior to joining American Apparel, she was a partner in the M&A and corporate governance practice groups of Jones Day and Loeb & Loeb. Ms. Grayson lives in Los Angeles and is a single mother to two teenagers. |

Kyle is currently an Associate at Intrepid Investment Bankers in Los Angeles, where he works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams on M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, and consumer products. Before joining Intrepid, Kyle worked at Duff & Phelps on middle-market M&A, restructuring and transaction opinions. He has also worked at Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank covering Latin America as well as in commercial banking and commercial real estate. In 2014, Congresswomen Grace Napolitano and Judy Chu awarded him the United States Congress’ highest award for American youth, a Congressional Award Gold Medal. Kyle earned a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves learning about and experiencing new cultures, a result of having traveled to 49 countries across five continents. |

Ruth graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 2001 with Bachelor’s degrees in English and Business Economics. A native of Los Angeles, she joined Goldman Sachs upon graduation and has been with the firm for 17 years. She works in the Public Sector and Infrastructure group in the firm’s Investment Banking Division, where she works with state and local governments on their financing and capital markets needs. She focuses on transportation, school district and general infrastructure issuers throughout the West Region. |

Flora is a recent grad from UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Communications and a specialization in Computing. As someone with diverse interests, Flora joined Visa’s New Graduate Development Program – a 2 year rotation program that allows her to experience 4 different parts of the business. During her first rotation on Innovation & Strategic Partnerships, she engaged with global startup clients to execute Visa’s Everywhere Initiatives. Then she joined the Interchange & Pricing Strategy team, where she worked on strategic interchange deals with Visa’s issuing and merchant clients to secure and extend partnerships. For her upcoming rotation, Flora will be joining the Business Development team in Hong Kong to support Visa’s top clients in the Asia Pacific market. Besides her rotation program, Flora is also actively involved in campus recruiting, intern training, and NGDP development sessions. |
