Lindsey Adams
Database Administrator | College Track

Lindsey Adams is the Database Administrator at College Track, where she delivers technical solutions to support our teams across the country to equip students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree in pursuit of a life of opportunity, choice, and power. As a first-generation college student, Lindsey explored the intersections of racial justice and educational equity while pursuing her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in African-American Studies, and started her long journey in education work by serving underrepresented students through Afrikan Student Union’s S.H.A.P.E. program. She’s since continued to work with high school and first-generation college students through several Bay Area-based educational nonprofits. Lindsey is currently a 3X Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and has served as a Board Member for an organization dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices in nonprofit technology. When she’s not thinking about databases and automations, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen, making zines and prints, and tending to her growing plant family.
