Devon Dickau
Senior Manager of Workforce Transformation |
Deloitte 

Devon Dickau is a senior manager of Workforce Transformation and co-lead of the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting practice at Deloitte Consulting. In this role, he conducts research and advises Fortune 500 organizations and large nonprofits on DEI strategy and the transition to the future of work. Prior to Deloitte, Devon’s career spanned the nonprofit and education spaces, including work as a social impact consultant. Devon is a double Bruin, earning his B.A. in American Literature & Culture from UCLA in 2007 and M.B.A. in 2015. Devon also earned an M.Ed. in Technology, Innovation & Education from Harvard where his research focused on how media and technology empower social change. Additionally, Devon sits on the board of the Social Impact Fund and the Emerging Leaders Cabinet of the United Way of Greater Los Angeles, and is president emeritus of the UCLA LGBTQ+ Lambda Alumni Association. In 2018, he was named UCLA Young Alumnus of the Year.

Cher Su 
Strategy Insight and Planning Associate | ZS
Cher is a Strategy Insights & Planning Associate at ZS’s Los Angeles office, and has been with the company for over a year. She grew up in Southern California and graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2020. At ZS, Cher has worked on a variety of projects, including qualitative and quantitative market research, positioning strategy, launch planning, data strategy training, and more. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, dancing, and discovering new food around her!
Jason  Willoughby
Chief Academic Officer | Leverage Learning Group, Inc

Jason is the Founder and Chief Academic Officer of Leverage Learning Group, Inc.  He is an award winning elementary and secondary teacher and administrator. Jason has worked for the past two decades coaching teachers, coaches, principals, and district administration in all aspects of school reform. He works directly with districts and schools all over the nation in the system-wide development, implementation, and analysis of standards-based curriculum, instruction, and assessments. Jason’s educational experiences have afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with diverse groups of people to meet the common goal of increasing student achievement for all students.  Jason’s educational philosophy is based on the uncompromising belief that all students can learn given a safe, supportive, collaborative and engaging learning environment.  Jason’s extensive experience provides him with the insight that enables him to be a dynamic teacher, speaker, and leader of educational reform. Jason graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Education and a Masters of Arts in Teaching. In addition, Jason earned a Masters of Education Administration and Leadership from the University of Nevada Reno.
