The Department of Classics is pleased to present the 2017 Joan Palevsky Lecture in Classics. “Unmasking the Trauma of War: Lessons from Ajax and the Philoctetes on Moral Injury and Repair” will be presented by Professor Nancy Sherman (Georgetown University) on Thursday, April 20th, 2017 in the California Nanosystems Institute Auditorium at 5:00 pm. There will be a Pre-Reception at 4:00 pm.
